This is where the real work starts for teams. The Catalyst Effect is a 90-minute live training designed to shift how your team shows up — as leaders, as communicators, and as people who actually own their role.
Built on the principles from the book, this session goes beyond theory. Teams leave with a shared language around accountability, influence, and growth. It’s practical, honest, and built to stick. Best for teams of 5 to 50 who are ready to stop talking about change and start doing something about it.
